I walked for an hour this morning in high winds and rain. It felt good. Going to the gym again tonight. I did back on Wednesday and legs last night. I'm thinking either chest (arms are a little sore from doing back) or just cardio and then doing chest tomorrow. I really missed doing weights and am glad to be able to do them again. Would be even happier if the stinking weight would drop.
