Pounding headache all day. Went to the gym tonight anyways. Still feeling very frustrated as I haven't lost a single pound. I'm eating pretty good, recording everything and still squat. There better be some pounds lost soon. Uggggg

Weighing your food not eyeballing? I remember how shocked I was. Cream in the coffee? Sugar?

Don't get discouraged. Everyday you are watching what u eat and exercising is a step forward not backwards. Stay positive. :-D

I weigh almost everything as I don't trust the serving sizes. i know when I eat something bad and usually record a slightly larger portion size than what it actually is. I figure that helps anywhere I might miss something. I measure my sugar in my tea and cream in my coffee. I don't drink pop and could care less about salad dressing and sauces. I'm a pretty plain eater. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I do know I need to up my water intake again.

Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. So when working out at the gym you may have to use your waistband as your measurement.
