Feeling good , lost almost 10lbs since starting on Jan 27. 2024. I've cut out all sugar and bad cards I've been indulging in all my life....its so hard, but I'm tired of being overweight and miserable. Praying I can do this.🙏 Staying positive!!😊🙌💯🤗🥰
