blue-wallflower's Journal, 04 Nov 15

So, with only 45 days left, I've decided to eat vegan until the last day of this diet arrives (and maybe from then on, if I feel great). Hope writing it here will help me to stick with it. Keeping the motivation up!

Hey my new Buddy! I am not sure exactly how this site works but I have tried to be more specific in my journal entries so you can understand me. Raw vegan is so much more than dumping a few pounds Blue….so much more.

Oh, I know veganism is much more than loosing a few pounds, I do know! (Don't worry about not knowing how this site works, neither do I) The thing is I don't think raw vegan is for me: I love cooking (and cooked food) like crazy. To be honest, I guess even the switch from vegetarian to vegan will be quite hard for me (not like becoming a vegetarian, that was a piece of cake!) even though I've been thinking about it a lot. That's why I wanted to start with an easy goal, trying it until I come back home for holidays. Have you got any tip for me?

all good things come to she who takes it EASY! all transitions can be made with grace and time and a bit of will. I have found that raw food preparations satisfy my urge to cook and to share what I cook with my friends ….vegan is just a food processor away from eggs and cheese! Right equipment is a blessing. I got a dehydrator and now am The Cracker Queen! Not cheap, but durable and a good investment for the long haul and we are here in these bodies for a long time! I am looking forward to my new food processor that arrives tomorrow. The habits you establish now while you are so young will keep you healthy ad happy forever! good luck to you BLue!
