niat hati makan malem cuman pokcoy rebus sama dada ayam air fryer, eh ternyata nafsu makannya masih besar pdhl udah kenyang, jd nya nambah pangsit rebus 3 biji dan jg karipap 1 biji. emang ya penyesalan selalu di akhir. waktunya bsk back on track lg !!
