Yesterday was interesting. Prepped for chick arrival and decided to "pre" eat as I knew I likely wouldn't be back in to eat til near lunch time. Have been eliminating that habit for some.time.
Well.... I managed to consume close to 4,000 calories but it was my own cooking and I DID log every bite.
One moment does not negate the many small victories we quietly score each and every day.
The choice is ours where we let our mind dwell, Choose wisely.

That was for the entire day, but I triggered what seems an insatiable hunger when I fall into the pre-eat rut.
