Well I've shifted the goalposts a few times in line with my weight loss and I'm happy. I now hope to maintain my weight at between 8st and 4Ibs and remain at a size 10. The 5:2 diet is the best thing I've ever done. It took me 5 months to lose 2 stone and my hubby only took 4 months to lose 3 stone. I will continue to have a fast day or two every week where I take a max of 500cals. If my weight goes up or down I will adjust my calories on non fast days accordingly. I don't want to get too thin and neither do I want to slip into old ways.
