I have been maintaining well. my Mantra going forward is: "I lift weights not to be great in the gym, I lift weights to be great at Life! " I just bought a Renpho body composition scale and I am going to concentrate more on muscle gain rather than weight loss. I also started on creatine monohydrate, 5 grams per day for life! I will age with strength not fraility.
