Yesterday I did three hours walking. Today I plan to do the same. my old short term goal is still in trouble. For as of October 31, 2015, I am to reach the goal weight of two hundreds pounds. To lose seven pounds in five days is not something that I can be sure of, so I will update in October 31, 2015. I did reset my short term goal to : By November 30, 2015, I will be two hundreds pounds.
