My car is fixed! Yay, I love my uncle but I can not go into his house for long. His place sets off my allergies like no tomorrow. I took a 3 hour "nap" because I was popping benadryl like they were candy. BUT he is a great mechanic and my uncle so... Tomorrow will be an interesting day because I'm taking his girlfriend out for most of the day. The day will be long. I did not weigh myself today. Tomorrow is good enough. My "official" weigh in day for myself is Friday. I have my spreadsheets all with a Friday date. (Yes, I have spreadsheets with my progress and goals.)

I have spreadsheets for weight and work outs! Obviously this is a healthy thing for our minds:D I'm happy your car is working again and pleasantly surprised you are not weighing in every day. good for you...it tells me your self confidence is rising through your success and diligence with your diet...Way To Go!!!
