Chicken cabbage 'lasagne'. Under 400cals. Delicious and filling.

Thank you! Ooh um... this was so long ago and it was a made up concoction. Can't give exact measurements but can ingredients and method. 1.Blanch half cut cabbage leaves for managebility. 2. White sauce: Butter, white onion soup powder and milk, season. 3. Sauté onions in oil, garlic and chilli. Add chicken mince, brown. Add spices, tbs fish sauce, chicken stock, tomato and onion mix. Simmer. 4. Then just layer, I put white sauce on the top with feta. Wanted to avoid lots of cheese. Bake until done.

Oh and I put fresh basil leaves ontop.
