I was here 4 years ago lost 4 stone and almost in the green section. I’ll health and greed means I have put it all back on. I darent even weigh myself yet but im back here and capturing all I eat is the way forward for me. I’ve had a good week.

I know the feeling. today I got down to the weight I started at originally. I must have lost the same stone four times now, but Christmas is behind me and we'll soon have brighter days for longer walks. My jrt is 10 but doesn't know it. I wish I could say the same..
