Really, really frustrated with myself and how I have stopped eating the way i know i should. I have fallen back into some bad habits of skipping breakfast and not making healthy choices and then coming home at 4:00 and completing gorging myself on junk. I need to find my motivation again. I am recording everything I eat today and getting the items needed for Take Off from the grocery store today!!! I so do not want to weigh over 211 pounds again and at this rate I will.
