bad food choices this weekend - busy stressing as I am studying for an exam on the 5th February and looking for a place to stay. So abit of stress eating is going on trying to stay ontop of this. Although I have kept up with the exercise routine - still feel bad. We pick this up again for the balance of the day to eat wisely and not put everything i see in my mouth.
