Normal Day JANUARY 11 2024
Day 3 of Race Week. 5 miles to day. I have a 1.25 mile loop around the town of Quepos. 15 miles down, 5 miles togo. A little slower today, I am a bit hungry and tired. I stopped and took pictures and eat more fruit. I can do this! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
