As many of you know, on September 29, 2015 I did set a new short term goal for me to lose that 6.8 pounds to reduce my weight to two hundreds pounds by October 31, 2015.Unfortunately I don't see how that can be possible, as this is October 17, 2015 and there is fourteen days left in the month and I am 206.2 pounds, today. So I will say by November 30, 2015, I will lose the six pounds and two ounces. I will keep working toward my goal and update on October 31, 2015 if I can, and again in November 30, 2015.
