I just stopped eating at night. cut out all soda since it makes me sick since I started eating and drinking clean again. i also switched to usimg Alkaline water to fill me up and keep me fully hydrated properly. My snacks consist of all fruits and vegetables. when I get extra hungry between meals. i chug water and see if that fills me up before I eat anything extra. I am so excited to be under the 200 lb mark again in a few days. I also have been getting better rest each day. it makes a huge difference for me.
