Normal Day JANUARY 5 2024
Up early. Glucose a bit high 96. Will fix this in next week. Lower my carbs. Eat at 4 pm. Back to training for half ironman. Streching mornings. Walking 4 miles daily. Go to beach. Home by 3pm. Start today. I can do this. 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
