I have gained back 10 lbs. of what I lost. I go back to Albuqurque in 3 week. I did exersize today. I have really watched my in take of food today. 10 lbs. has made a difference in the way my clothing are fitting. I am excited to be back on track. I am going to crunch things this week to get started again. I am in good spirt and feel It is going to be a successful time for me again.
