Hi how can you roughly estimate to be as accurate as possible a meal you did not cook if someone else made it for you and you live in a family

Hi luketfennell, perhaps ask the person cooking more or less what was added. (The meals I cook, I load and divide by portions.) Otherwise use your own discretion. Many times I buy meals from my local Spar and load the item, also in those cases use more rather than less. That's just my 2cents..hope it helps.
