I am surprised and happy to see this 😊

I have played badminton two Fridays in a row, which has probably helped a lot since I haven’t been eating the healthiest. Biscuits and choc most days. But you are what you eat so I think eating healthier would improve my mental health
75.6 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
