Day 2 and going to start my day off with walking my three dogs. Will check in later with the results....... Ok, tried to follow program, think I did reasonably well, I think I need to concentrate on decreasing the carbs., and increasing the protein . Overall I feel pretty good with myself. I managed to get in 2 brisk 45 minute walks with my dogs and I know that they appreciated and enjoyed it! If it makes them happy, then it makes me happy! lol Bring on day 3!!!! and the beginning of 4 challenges in just over 3 hrs!!!!!!!!!
