Last night I was awake until 2AM. About 11:30 I couldn't get the idea of a PB&J sandwich out of my head. So I had a half of a sandwich instead of a whole once. I still (appear) to have come in under my calorie intake yesterday. Peanut butter has been on my brain alot lately. I even had it for breakfast this morning. I don't think I like the Peter Pam though. It's not salty enough.

What is good id a slice of bread with peanut butter and honey. Need to toast the bread and I use only 100% Wheat. great for a snack.

well my recommendation would be to add some veggie before eating stuff like that :) and avoid honey (pure carbs) :) I know I am like dictator here but honestly when you check out glycemic index of all and fat portion ... you will be surprise. I don't want to be "bad to you guys" but just check out yourself if you are not feeling any hunger after hour max hour and half !!! I know how it is difficult to brake up ice - because it is more less as a habit and it is difficult but it does worth !!!
