Just put two and two together. Seems I’ve been munching on Doritos chips at night, and that has hampered my weight loss. Just threw them out, will munch on fruits going forward.
93.8 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
