Today's Fast Day went well. I had a fasted state gym session and still no hunger tonight. My Saturday Fast Day was abandoned as I was feeling a bit ill so I broke my fast. I've been hitting the just over 2 600 to 3 000 Calories on my Non-Fast Days this past week. This week's weigh-in on Thursday will be interesting as I'm not keeping any of my non-fast days as low carb days as I previously did.
