Today's Fast Day went well. I had a fasted state gym session and still no hunger tonight. My Saturday Fast Day was abandoned as I was feeling a bit ill so I broke my fast. I've been hitting the just over 2 600 to 3 000 Calories on my Non-Fast Days this past week. This week's weigh-in on Thursday will be interesting as I'm not keeping any of my non-fast days as low carb days as I previously did.

Do u get headaches bigboy? i tend to get headaches on my fasting days and sometimes a bit nauseas.

I did experience a headache the 1st time I tried the no-food-fasting but that has subsided and I don't get them any more. I ensure I drink enough cool water throughout the day and I have about 3 to 4 cups of Nescafe Classic coffee. The body will experience such side-effects as it adapts itself so monitor yourself. Are u doing no-food-fasting or the 500 calories max limit fasting ?
