Well yesterday was a very stressful day at worked and I gave in and had pasta last night the scale does not reflect it so maybe it will be ok. I start walking with an old friend and walking buddy tonight so I have someone to help hold me accountable. She has chronic pain as well and arthritis issues and we talk and laugh the hole time we walk so it does not seem like exercise just girl time
