Sadness. I just beat my personal worst. A Black Friday, indeed. I ate so much the past two days. I feel terrible.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Turn it around and use this feeling to fuel your motivation to get back on track where you'll feel fantastic again. I use my set-backs to fuel determination to not be defeated. It keeps me going :)

Second Thanksgiving today.. staggering amount of food for six people. Most of it It will all go to waste. I ate a bit ef everything— portion control
