Got down to around 86kgs but I've been a bit slack lately with walking and eating, getting back into my routine of eating healthy and smaller portions and walking every day, would like to start walking 2 times a day again
88.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
