I'm feeling great! I'm passed my craving points. I feel happy eating healthy and exercising. Healthy tastes better and feels better. I'm energized after eating, not falling asleep. I hope everyone's week is going as planned! I'm going to hold off on weighing myself again until Sunday morning! Hang in there everyone!
