Moved up to 30 NC daily, still with 12-15 or more NC coming from veggies. I am slowly adding in nuts and most likely in the beginning of September I will get to 35 NC daily if I can tolerate it.

Welcome to OWL! Congrats on taking it one rung at a time. A great tip I learned was to separate the container of almonds into individual baggies of 1 oz servings. This way, I have plenty on hand to grab and go, plus it prevents me from snacking on too much at one time. As with most snacks, it would be easy to eat more than you intentionally plan to. I wish you great success! = )

Yup portion control is very important! I always bag my food so I don't overeat ;)

Also at target they have these flour tortillas with 4net carbs per serving. Really great for those chicken wraps, there is a receipt here on Fat secret that taste awesome.
