yesterday, started the day with yoga, midday edged neighbors front lawn, she fixed me stew and salad, and 2 bud lights. later, stained most of slats for deck. did some light stretching.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
