I’m back after a break for a few years during covid. I a 59 year old elementary school teacher. My plan is to retire after this year. I’ve started riding my bike with my husband and this seems to make a difference. My diet is smaller portions and more like the Mediterranean diet. I try to stay away from processed food, soda, etc. Right now I feel like I’m in better shape than I’ve been for year.
