I had a mcflurry and two packets of crisps for snacks today :)

And I didn't have anything solid for breakfast or dinner. I had coffee and a immune booster drink for those. for lunch I had a pie

As long as I'm in a deficit and honoring my cravings I don't really see a problem :)

I don’t want to be critical but it’s not best idea. No nutrients into your body is a disaster to happen. It’s short lived and not sustainable for long term success. Rather get some natural veggies 🥗 🥕 in your body please.

Yea you will see with more vegetables you will also have more energy. Vegetables also have hardly any calories and will fill you that you won’t need ice cream and cookies
