Had my last bacon sandwich just now. Took me about 6 months to wean myself off of bacon. Turkey bacon, yes, but still too high in sodium.

Water follows salt, so all bacon has to go to reduce water retention and lower blood pressure.

Now I need to cut down on bread and pasta.
