I've just started but believe me I've tried many times before and I think I have had a bad year ..lol..I read somewhere that one of the worst things you can do to mess up your diet and this is more true for woman ...if we slip up during the day and say have a cookie or 5 cookies we are quick to say ok I've screwed up so whole day is blown so I'll start over tomorrow and just eat watever I want to today since I've already messed up .I can't tell you how man times I've done this but if we can say ok so I messed up and jump right back on again we are way better off ..good luck to and this will be a better, day, week for you.

Hi BanjoStories, I try to stay under 1500/day. This weekend I probably wasn't successful because I had a wedding to attend on Saturday and a date on Sunday.
