Why zero on carbs for instance? The metabolic systems needs balance including energy and nutrients from fiber whole grains, root plants, etc..Do you practice a special needs receive?

@Zoofeather Yes, special needs.
I don’t eat grains for 1.5 years, and I feel so much better this way. My weight is what it was when I was 17 ( almost 40 years ago 😉). My BMI is 20.
I get my carbs from fruits and vegetables.
But I ate delicious breads in Italy during 2 short vacations.
