neden bilmiyorum oyle canim bir seyler cekiyor ki gozlerim doluyor artik dayanamiyorum o spesifik seyi yiyene kadar da aglayasim geliyor en azindan asiri yuksek kaloriye cikmiyorum genelde ama yine de diyetimi cok bozuyor nasil atlatirim bunu bilemiyorum hic ya artik
