I want to EAT EAT EAT and I don't want to go for a walk tonight. I really don't think that I can tonight. I messed up by taking a 3hr nap and I have a school assignment to do. It's just a bit more difficult this week to stick to my planned meals and exercise. I think it's because TOM is around the corner. I wanted to journal this so I can look back next month in case I have the same thing happy around the same time. I am eating the right stuff so I'm keeping on the plan but it's just more difficult this week.

Don't eat, eat, eat, try drink, drink,drink. add a slice of lemon to some fizzy water or add a couple of raspberries. You could put the water in a champagne glass and add the raspberries to make it feel more indulgent. If you can't get out to exercise try running up the stairs each time instead of walking or maybe take a ten minute walk around the block. Don't put pressure on yourself, just do a little of what you can. You have been doing so well, keep strong, keep going.

I agree with the previous comment....keep strong, keep going!!! This feeling will pass, this week will end and you'll be back on track! You are doing great!!!

I was just going to suggest the same thing...drink more water. Some days one does feel like you can't get enough food. You may try getting more protein in your daily diet to help you feel fuller.

I was plenty full but I just couldn't get past the cravings! It was brutal yesterday but I'm a little bit better today. Thanks for all of the encouragment!

keep going it will be better in the long run no guilt and feeling sh**ty your strength will pull you through .even if i am a man i want to eat some times lol
