Me too! Vegetables are so easy to eat this way and I have 5 servings left in the freezer.

That's awesome! I like to freeze soups too. And I agree. Also soup is like a comfort food to me anna fills me up so it has so many benefits. I try to do one each week. But usually have to double the batch as my husband and 10 yr old son always want some too.
