So I haven't been here for a few days. My youngest son was in the ICU for his diabetes. He had a complication known as diabetic ketoacidosis. He's finally home and I'm finally calm again. I haven't had dieting or exercise on my mind for days now. I have to get my mindset back to where it used to be. Continue your journey guys... #stayhealthy

So sorry your child was ill. My niece had JD and we had lots of problems keeping her within normal ranges. Hope he stays better.
