So today went kinda bleh on eating, I didnt eat lunch until about 6 pm! Then ate a bunch of ice cream that I wasnt planning on, and then cooked a large dinner with tooo much sugar ( that was delious!)

I am about to head to the gym and then teh grocery store so that should burn some good calories!

Hopefuly with healther food around this wont be hard.
