No report for a couple of days because I am a fat piece of shit. Regained two pounds. I ate ice cream Monday. Went back on food plan but felt so deprived. Finally, I think blood sugar was low because I didn't think logically, I went out and bought a hamburger. It was DELICIOUS. UGH. I walked this morning, and broke diet again, had a cup of coffee with half/half. It was DELICIOUS too.

I need to break my taste buds so I have no appetite. My friend does it. She has cancer. Kind of a good reason. But I do think it requires being sick in order to end the desire for food.

I did my morning double walk, not in the evening though b/c the high humidity and heat is back.

I'm not quitting... but I am discouraged. So much punishment for very little reward, and to regain so easily.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
