So here's a question - and maybe I'm posting this in the wrong place, but how often do you all weigh in? Daily? Weekly? What works best for you and why?

I weight myself daily first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom. I don't really count the weight cause I know it fluxes with what I eat. I kind of look back a week and see where I was and where I am now. Um if that makes sense
