I know it's not a huge commitment, but after speaking with my therapist last night, I've decided I want to try to set some small, very achievable goals, so that I can set myself up for success. If I go above and beyond, great! If not, that's okay too.

Goals for the month of September (next 30 days):
1) Spend 2 hours in the gym. (1/2 hour each week). I know it doesn't seem like much, but it would be a great improvement from my current lifestyle and I think any step in that direction is a good thing.
2) Lose 2 pounds. Again, it's a low goal, but if I only lose .5 lbs a week, I'll be meeting my goal. It gives me wiggle room for mistakes, but hopefully I can achieve above and beyond this goal.

Whoo! Let's do this!
