I am still so excited bout Atkins its my life now, I have never been on a diet before were I didnt want to cheat this is great, 32.4 pounds since I started in March, I was on weight watchers for over a year and only lost 28 pounds, and I am on phase two so I am starting to eat other things strawberries yummy. And for the first time on atkins I had a mix drink, sky vodka with sugar free hawiian punch, with Truvia and water OMG so good...
