So I have started day 2 of Atkins. Still learning. I love this website! I am eating what I think is healtier foods, but when I enter them into my food journal, I'm seeing that they are not. I still need to work on my fat intake with my food choices. It is only day 2.......

Hey, Welcome Aboard! Take your time to get to know this website and how to track etc. Just took a peek at your entries...and wanted to say be careful not to eat TOO MUCH cheese..(2-4 oz / day) or you might end up all bound up and constipated. (sorry, probably TMI) but thought you'd want to know! LOL!! Also, carrots are not on the Induction Foods List - at least not in large quantities. Sounds counterintuitive to what you may have learned in the past, but protein will keep hunger and cravings at bay, and healthy fats are needed for your body to convert to burning stored fat. Keep at it ... you're doing great!

Thanks for the comment. I did go back and look at my food journal, and no I did not eat half a bag of cheese! LOL! It was really 1 oz, so I changed it. And after I ate my carrots, (which I thought were on the induction list) I reviewed the list and nope, they aren't. But I was being honest about everything I ate (with the exception of the cheese error). But I know I still need to work on the fat intake. I really do appreciate the help! I have a lot of learning to do!!
