The processs has slowed down lately and I’ve been getting into some bad habits that are slowing me down…. weekends and spring and cocktails and wine and slowing me down cause I literally have plans every weekend… my discipline went out the window…😕

I think many of us can relate.... Dont give up, dust yourself off and start again the next morning! i thnk youve done well already to identify where youre going wrong so that you can work out what needs to change
