Ugh! Just when I get started again I get sick. I started up again with a cold and that pretty much went away (although I lost my voice in the process I got it back) now everyone in my house has the stomach flu. I cant work out, I cant eat right! This is awful!
I am giving myself time to recover, but I'm feeling the time crunch because my "goal date" is October 23rd and that is sooo soon! I really hope to be back to normal ASAP!
