Behavior has been fair this week. Need to change my dinner hour which has been quite late...9:30 last night. Not seeing any drastic changes but then not making any drastic changes. Worst behavior is eating poorly after losing a couple of pounds. The weight will not stay off if I don't maintain good eating habits. Also, I must remember it isn't just the weight. I must eat better for my health. Must focus on health and the weight will take care of itself.
