Oops - I have gone over my carbs for the day! Mind, I've been under for a while so I'm hoping that it won't affect it too much - whilst I'm not going to beat myself up over it I am going to be more careful tomorrow! Slapped wrists for me today... xx

gotta stay away from that tempting garlic bread. I know it's hard..believe me...I used to be able to eat 1/2 a loaf of french bread at one sitting. If you have a trader joes grocery you can look into getting sprouted breads (only 4 net carbs per slice!)

I wouldn't care, but I only had one piece and that was because it was left over after dividing it between the family - next time I'll either segment it or give it to the dog lol! xx

I agree - won't be doing that again in a hurry. Have been really good today - stressed about husband being sent down to London in an hgv and have resisted the temptation to eat - feel a lot better for it even though my stomach is in knots about his safety. x
